About musicfreeroyalty.com
Finding royalty free music usually means scrolling a long list of names. Here every song has a profile instead: what it sounds like, what it’s good for, and a ♥ to keep it.

Questions
Is this music really royalty free?
Yes. Every song here is a Purrple Cat Self Release under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You pay nothing, now or later, and you never owe royalties. The one condition is credit.
Can I use it in monetised YouTube videos?
Yes, with credit, on all social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, X…), and in livestreams, monetised ones included. Paste this credit: Music by Purrple Cat (purrplecat.com), licensed under CC BY 4.0: creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
Will I get a copyright claim?
Purrple Cat Self Releases aren’t meant to be claimed. False claims happen when someone uploads the music, or a remix of it, to a streaming service, which is why that’s the one thing not allowed. Keep the credit in your description and you’re covered.
What isn’t allowed?
Neither the music nor remixes, samples or covers of it may be uploaded to music streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music, because that causes false Content ID claims.
Do I need an account?
No. Swiping, keeping and downloading all work without a sign-up. Your matches stay in this browser only.
How are the matches picked?
From each song’s Spotify-style audio features: energy, valence (how happy it sounds), acousticness and danceability. Pick what you’re making and the deck puts the songs that fit it best first. Titles never keep a song out.
